Interactive Voice Response – is an automatic service calls in the inbound and outbound. IVR allows you to listen to the caller automated voice messages and dial using the phone keypad – the proposed options from the menu.

Characteristics:

  • Automatic handling of incoming calls, with a guarantee receipt of each call
  • Voice announcement allows you to select menu options using the keyboard camera (possibly in different languages)
  • precise directing customers to individual departments
  • handling several calls made at the same time on the same number
  • Voice Mail – enabling the customer to leave a message
